This workshop is dedicated to open budgeting: having the data available to work with to make good decisions. Our team have worked with all levels of Government - from Federal to Local - and our mission is for Governments to share information in order to determine which initiatives make more sense at any point in time.

This workshop will focus on Agile Government and Budgeting. How can your city become more agile? How can you leverage your existing business processes and turn those around to make them more open and able to support future decision making? How can you ensure that you can support the Executive and provide them with the appropriate context to make decisions?

We'd like to invite you and your team to the launch of our community data sharing initiative, and to hear from you - and to share with others - how budgeting is currently done and how we can all work together in the future to make a better platform for our respective jurisdictions.
